Call for Board Candidates

The 2022 Annual Meeting for Village at Towne Center will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.  We will be electing two (2) directors for a two-year term at the meeting. The two spots are currently held by Lee Miller and Gary Tiffany.  The current Board and Management encourage all owners to become involved and active in the community by volunteering to be a member of the Board.

If you wish to be on the Annual Meeting ballot as a candidate for Board service, please complete and submit the candidate form below no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022 so that an absentee ballot be mailed to all owners.                     

Qualifications for Board Service:

• An interest in serving the community
• A commitment to the CCR’s of the HOA
• An ability to listen and make informed decisions in the best interests of the community
• A time commitment to attend meetings
• All candidates must be legal owners of a unit and in good standing with the community
