Moving Out? - What to Do

Leaving Village at Towne Center?  Whether you are an owner who sold your unit or a tenant leaving the community, YOU MUST LEAVE THE (4) DIRECTV RECEIVERS, THE VIDEO BRIDGE AND THE CENTURYLINK INTERNET MODEM, ALONG WITH ALL CORDS, CABLE & REMOTES .  The equipment is NOT yours; it is the property of Village at Towne Center HOA. You will be billed for any missing equipment, INCLUDING HDMI CABLES AND ELECTRICAL CORDS.

DirecTV Choice Programming & Genie Receivers
The HOA provides the (4) Genie receiver equipment and Choice programming to the primary HD-DVR receiver.  If you are moving out of the unit, you must go to https://adcomm-mdu.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new to deactivate any of the additional Mini receivers, discontinue any upgraded programming, and remove your name from the account.

200 Mbps Internet Service
The HOA provides the modem and the Internet service.  There is nothing you need to do when moving out. Please leave a note indicating WHERE THE LIVE JACK is located in the condo. There are jacks in each room, but only one is active.

An exception would be IF you upgraded the base 200 Mbps speed to a higher speed for which you paid the price differential.  You would then call Quantum Fiber at 833-926-1289 to revert to the 200 Mbps speed and remove your name from the account.

REMINDER:  TV and Internet Equipment never leaves the unit!
