THIS IS TO BE COMPLETED BY UNIT OWNERS ONLY

It is the Unit Owner's responsibility to determine the manufacture date of all alarms in their Unit.  Please complete the form below and click "SUBMIT." 

The “Smoke Detector Verification Form” will be automatically forward to Julie Grommes at Ogden & Company for retention in the Unit Owner’s file. The HOA reserves the right to request proof of purchase.

Going forward, it will be the Owner’s responsibility to insure that all smoke detectors are replaced at 10-year intervals, or whatever the NFPA at that time recommends for replacement.  It is suggested that Owners use a marker to note the dates of manufacture of the installed smoke detectors on the inside door of electrical panel for easy reference.
