It is your responsibility to verify and investigate providers and services. The HOA assumes no liability of any kind for the content of any information transmitted to or received by any person in connection with the person’s use of the website.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals listed below, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties.

You agree that the HOA shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between you and a vendor, you understand and agree that the HOA is under no obligation to become involved. In the event of dispute, you hereby release the HOA, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes.

Below is a list of vendors previously used by other residents in the complex. You may use whatever vendor you choose for sun shades, security doors, or replacement windows, but these vendors have experience working in our complex. Regardless of what vendor you choose to work with, you MUST submit an Architectural Review form and receive approval BEFORE proceeding with any changes or improvements to your condo!

Sun Shades
You can order sun shades through various vendors, including Home Depot or blinds.com. It is generally a custom order and can be ordered in person at any Home Depot store shade/blinds section or you can order online with a custom order. The approved sun shade is Coolaroo brand #16600. Approved shade color is Cabo.

Security Doors
The previously approved vendor is Steel Shield Security Door in Phoenix. Their phone number is 623-581-3667 and their website is www.SteelShieldSecurity.com. A Southwest design is the preferred choice in the complex, and the company has several to choose from. The color that is approved from this company is: Powdercoat Color 1464, Umber Brown.
