The HOA provides a modem and Internet service at 100 Mbps. There is nothing you need to do when moving in; the service should be active. You will find the network name and password on the modem. If you are interested in upgrading the 100 Mbps internet to a higher speed, you will pay the price differential. You would then call CenturyLink 855-234-5733, Option 1, to request the upgrade and add your name to the account. You will need the bulk account number associated with your unit.
Options for faster speeds available to residents to purchase individually are as follows: 200 Mbps = $10.00 extra per month 500 Mbps = $25.00 extra per month 1000 Mbps (1GB) = $40.00 extra per month
