Painting Project FAQs

YAY! It's FINALLY time to start our long-awaited Painting Project, which will paint the EXTERIOR of each condo building within the community. The project is set to start the week of 8/14/2023 and will go into January. This is a major maintenance project we have been planning and building reserves to execute.

We have put together a list of FAQs below covering almost anything you can think of relating to the project (and some things you probably haven't thought of). Please look through them for answers to any questions you may have. We will update the FAQs as new information becomes available

This project is a big undertaking and involves a lot of work. It will be a bit of an inconvenience for those of us who are in the complex while the project is ongoing, but we know you will be happy with the result when it is finished!
