Painting Project Progress Update

The Board met in a working session on Monday, May 15, with Chanen Brizuela, VP and Designer from Titan Painting, to review proposed paint color palettes for our buildings. Our complex currently has three colors on each building, in three different iterations. Each building as been designated as Building A, B, or C, depending on which iteration of the current color palette it has.

After reviewing Chanen's presentation and having considerable discussion, the Board chose Option 2 of the 3 options presented as the color palette they wanted. This option incorporates the general color palette we have now, but pops out some accent colors on various sections of the buildings to really enhance the design. Residents who dialed in to hear the presentation were in agreement with the Board's decision.

On June 19, samples of each color palette were applied to the west wall of Building 17 for everyone to see how they actually look in real life. We would encourage those who are still in the complex to stop by and view the samples at various times during the day so you can see how the colors will look in varying light.

Reproduced below are the selected color palette and the building designations. The building designations were assigned based on which of our current color palettes each building has now. 

For reference, buildings designated below as A are Buildings 2, 3, 7, 11, 14, 17, 21, 24, & 27 and will received color palette A. 

Buildings designated as B are Buildings 1, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 20, 22, 26, & 29 and will be painted with color palette B.

Buildings designated as C are Buildings 4, 5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 19, 23, 25, & 28 and will receive color palette C.



The target date to begin the painting project is late July at this point, with an expected completion date by November 1, barring any weather-related delays or other issues.
